Pocket dueces will beat them everytime. I know that they give you a psychological charge if you have been playing as you should, a couple of hands an hour, and throwing away the garbage hands. Contrary to all the odds, they can look like sure winners, if all that you have been looking at are hands like 3/9 or Jack/Six off suit. Beat down your excitement with thoughts of humiliating defeat and poverty and chuck the Ace/Ten into the muck pile if you can'y just limp into the pot.
